This agreement constitutes an order for wedding services, and any additional services outlined in Package chosen. It is agreed to by both parties, Giuliano Bausano and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay Total Amount by the Final Payment Due By date as defined.

It is understood that Giuliano WON’T use any images or video, whether proofs, digital files, final prints or sample prints, footage, without the approval of the couple; all rights to them remain the property of the Giuliano Bausano. If he won’t be able to shoot the event (sickness or unpredictable circumstances), he will do his best to find a colleague to replace him.

Regarding the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, Client’s rights are limited to personal use. The Client may not sell or use in advertising, unless otherwise specified by Giuliano Bausano and he will not use the images online without the client’s approval.

The Amount Due at Signing, as defined above, is a Reservation Fee. Upon receipt Giuliano Bausano will reserve the time agreed upon for the Event Date and will not make another reservation for the agreed upon time. For this reason, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable, unless the cancellation of the wedding will be six (6) months in advance.

All permits and permissions required for Giuliano Bausano to photograph and shoot the event, whether for location, personal release or any other cause, are the responsibility of the Client to obtain.

Although all care will be taken with these services and the digital footage taken, Giuliano Bausano limits any liability for loss, injury, death, inability to perform Giuliano Bausano services for any reason, failure to deliver images for any reason or any other types of damages to the return of all payments already paid to Giuliano Bausano up to Total Amount defined above.

Client hereby agrees to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Giuliano Bausano, its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of Giuliano Bausano Company from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of any work done related to this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to claims related to the use of the likenesses of anyone captured in the images or any distortion, blurring or alteration that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the footage.

This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party by either Giuliano Bausano or Client without written consent of both Parties.

No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. The pictures are always delivered as soon as possible, during high season it maybe between 6 and 12 weeks after the wedding.
